    First select from a 3 month or 6 month subscription, then at check-out add the PRE BOX themes you want to receive in the notes.

    PRE BOX Shipping & Delivery

    Individual PRE BOX orders ship within 2-7 business days. Subscriptions ship on the 5th of every month. Manage orders by logging in to your account.

Pricing & Subscription Options

Subscriptions placed on or after the 1st of the month, will be processed in the following month’s shipment. Prices on subscriptions are billed monthly on the 1st of each month. Subscription boxes ship on the 5th of each month. Boxes typically arrive within 2-7 business days after shipment.

Why is sensory play important?

  • Builds nerve connections in the brain that enable your child to complete more complex learning tasks.
  • Supports language development, cognitive growth, fine and gross motor skills, problem solving skills, and social interaction.
  • Enhances memory and can help regulate kids who are anxious or frustrated.
  • Allows kids to learn different sensory attributes, such as hot, cold, sticky, dry, wet, etc.
  • Helps develop awareness of their senses through hands-on learning.

I placed an order, when will it ship?

Subscriptions go out on the 5th of every month. We ship individual orders of boxes 2-7 business days after ordering.

Can I cancel my order?

Individual orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after order is placed. Once a shipping label has been created, no refunds will be accepted for any order. 

Subscription orders cannot be canceled once the first month's order has been shipped.

How often will I be charged for a subscription plan?

After your first order, you will be charged on the 1st of each month after you receive your first box. So if you order on January 5th you won’t be charged again until February 1st.
